Bus

The AStA FU lends a bus to university groups and Student  Initiatives. Please read the borrowing conditions carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Step 1: Application

You can apply up to six weeks before you want to use the bus. You can find the application here. Please fill it in and hand it in at the AStA during opening hours or drop it in the AStA mailbox.

Important: The AStA bus may only be driven by people who are at least 20 years old.

Step 2: Lending process

If your application is approved, you can pick up the bus at the AStA at the times indicated. Our office hours are as follows:

• Monday, 14.00h to 16.30h
• Thursday 10.30h to 13.00h

During these time slots you can rent the bus. If these two dates are not at all possible for you, we can try to find another date.

You have to allow at least 30 minutes to pick up the bus. We will discuss with you the basic handling of the bus (check oil level, check tire pressure, what to do in case of emergency, etc.) Please have the deposit of 100€ cash and fitting with you.

Step 3: Delivery back

Please come to the AStA with the fully fuelled and cleaned bus at the agreed time. When the bus is fully fuelled, clean and without damage, you will get your deposit back immediately.
