You can book your appointment financial plenaries at https://termine.astafu.de/. The next financial plenary will take place on June 6.
From 5.4. the general legal advice on migration and victims' rights will take place in the AStA: Every second Thursday of the month from 12:30 to 15:30 p.m.. You can find more information here.
