  • The office will only be open Monday to Thursday from 16 February to 7 April. You can find the opening hours here.
  • The office will be closed from 23 March to 7 April.
  • The office is closed on 05 March due to sickness
  • The social counseling does not take place on 18 March. 
  • Information on ordering and accessing the semester ticket for the winter semester can be found here.
  • During the lecture free period, the financial plenary will only take place every four- and the cash hour will only take place every two weeks.
  • The next financial plenary will take place on March 9th at 4:30 pm. The next cash hour will take place on March 5th 2026 at 2:00 pm. Book an appointment.

  • In-person BAföG Counseling will not take place until summer semester 2026. During the semester break, we are offering counseling via phone and email. :)
